Dr. Armando Bardisa built SMP Pharmacy Solutions, an award-winning fertility pharmacy, which ranks among the best in the country. He then transitioned from full time private equity Pharmacy CEO and founded Bardisa Family Holdings, LLC, with a concentration on real estate investments. He has been involved in multiple real estate transaction types including ground up development, private lending, redevelopment, and acquisitions of key assets in growing areas.
Dr. Bardisa has experience in many facets of real estate investment including marketing, raising capital, investor relations, and business management. He also has real estate private equity investments in apartments and retail properties through out the United States.
Dr. Bardisa is a pharmacist by trade and an entrepreneur at heart with over 20 years of experience building top performing teams. Our team of professionals has the integrity and the expertise to navigate transactions to ensure the best possible outcome.
Sayam Ibrahim is a successful real estate investor who started his professional career on Wallstreet followed by a 9 year stretch in residential and commercial real estate where he and his team (Partners Amiel Ibrahim and Xavier Ibrahim) purchased over $50 million dollars in properties across multiple markets. Sayam and his team have been involved in various facets of real estate from rehabilitation and sale of single-family homes, new construction, warehouse conversions to loft-style condos, storage space development and management, and multi-family building repositioning.
Sayam has taught and mentored over 5,000 students in the world of real estate and helped them get started in their real estate careers. Sayam is one of the founders of Ecom Wealth Partners LLC and has been managing and building eCommerce businesses for friends, families, and colleagues allowing him and the ones around him to achieve great passive income.
